She takes extra time to even let you find out that what you thought might be a good notion actually could be problematic. She isn't one to try and push a sale and make the buyer compromise on what they want.

She gave us sold advice when I went to sell and guided us through the complicated process of selling a house one day and closing on our new house the day after. She continues to be an outstanding resource and the first person I call if I need help with the house. She did this same process with me in 2004 when I bought my first townhome.
